St. Timothy's is a faithful, spirit-filled, Bible-based church right on UConn's campus. We are non-denominational and welcome everyone from the university and surrounding community to worship with us on Sundays.

Convenient Location and Time.:
Our services are held right on the University of Connecticut campus at St. Mark's Chapel.. This convenient location makes it easily accessible whether or not you have a car. And with a 4 pm service time, you can enjoy a slow and relaxing start to your Sunday.
Welcoming Young Adult Community
Our community is warm, welcoming, and excited to walk alongside you on your spiritual journey. We are largely a congregation of young adults, including undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates, so if you've been feeling along and isolated in your faith, come find like-minded young adults who want to follow Jesus with you.
Engaging Worship
Our worship style is engaging and participatory. Rather than talking at you during the sermon, we use interactive and engaging teaching to help you listen to God for yourself and help you better understand His words of encouragement and guidance. We also provide opportunities to ask questions or share your own experiences throughout the service.
Opportunities for Spiritual Growth
We take spiritual growth seriously and want to help you deepen and strengthen your relationship with God. Free spiritual direction is available to everyone who is interested in sorting through their faith struggles, questions, and doubts.

Expect a welcoming and thoughtful community rooted in Biblicaltradition and open to the Spirit. We are non-denominational and everyone is welcome to participate fully, regardless of where you are on your faith journey or your denominational background.
Our service usually lasts between 60-75 minutes. We start with acoustic worship, followed by a time of teaching and personal reflection, then we celebrate communion together, spend time in prayer, and close with more acoustic worship.
Come as you are. We are a casual community so most people come in jeans (or sometimes sweatpants), although dressier styles are always welcome.
We love having children in the service, although we do not currently offer a specific children's ministry.
