Spiritual direction is the process of deepening our relationship with God by sharing our experiences, perceptions, and longings with a trusted spiritual director. 

Our spiritual directors are trained in the practice of "holy listening," so that they can listen to you and listen to God and help you make sense of God's presence or silence in your daily life.

Things you might discuss with your spiritual director include:

• Your experiences with God
• Your questions about God's presence/absence in your life
• Your struggles in your spiritual life
• Your desires for the future
